Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Von 215 operativ-sanierend behandelten Kahnbeinpseudarthrosen konnten 170 Patienten nachuntersucht werden. Schraubenosteosynthese mit Spongiosaplastik (n = 113), Matti-Russe Plastik (n = 54) und Spanbolzung i. A. an Murray (n = 29) zeigten vergleichbare funktionelle Ergebnisse.
Notes: Summary A total of 215 patients with nonunion of the scaphoid bone were treated operatively and examined 3 months to 10 years after operation. Wrist function in cases with screw fixation (n = 113) was comparable to those with bone grafting according to Matti-Russe (n = 54) and according to Murray (n = 29). Best and good results were achieved in 51.1 % − 54.5 %, poor results in 34.1 % − 26.4 %. Screw fixation is favorable in cases with a big proximal fragment. The fixation is stable and immobilization with plaster postoperatively is shorter than with the other procedures.
